Empowering Horses. Enriching Humans.

Feeling Herd is a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and learn through the gentle, honest nature of horses. We combine equine-assisted coaching with ethical horsemanship to help build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing

At Feeling Herd, we regularly host lessons and clinics with Ella Jordan at our base, offering riders the opportunity to work with their own horses in a supportive, relaxed environment. These sessions are designed to be accessible, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual partnership.

Sessions may focus on flatwork, polework, or groundwork, depending on the goals of the rider and horse. Whether you’re looking to improve balance and rhythm on the flat, use polework to support strength and coordination, develop better communication from the ground, or simply gain a deeper understanding of how your horse moves and learns, sessions are adapted to suit you.

Ella’s holistic approach considers the whole picture – the horse’s mind and body, the rider’s confidence, and the connection between them. There is no pressure to perform, just space to learn, explore, and progress at a pace that feels right for both horse and human.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: healing and growth happen most powerfully through connection—connection with ourselves, with others, and with our horses. We bring together the transformative presence of horses and the depth of therapeutic coaching to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals of all ages can grow, heal, and thrive.

Each session is structured to provide clear, practical guidance, with ideas and exercises you can take away to continue working on in your own time. Whether you’re training for competition, bringing on a young horse, rebuilding confidence, or enjoying something different with your horse, these clinics offer a supportive way to develop your partnership.

Our lessons/clinics are open to a wide range of combinations, and we welcome riders who value thoughtful training, understanding, and connection at the heart of their work with horses.

Available as individual or shared lessons.
